Finished in Alpine White over Black, this 2006 BMW M3 was purchased new from All Pro Imports BMW in Gainesville, Florida and remained with its original owner for nearly twenty years before joining the PGA Automotive collection. Throughout that ownership, it was driven exactly as BMW intended—not hidden away in a garage, but enjoyed on weekend drives, mountain roads, and occasional HPDE events while being maintained with exceptional consistency.
Rather than chasing low mileage, its owner invested in keeping the car mechanically excellent. Today, it is accompanied by more than 100 service records documenting over two decades of ownership, from the original purchase paperwork and break-in service to the extensive work completed immediately before being offered for sale.
If you've owned an E46 M3—or have spent any amount of time researching one—you already know the reputation these cars have earned.
The major E46 M3 ownership concerns have already been addressed. Rod bearings have been replaced, the VANOS system has been serviced and correctly timed, and the rear subframe has been professionally reinforced using a Revshift reinforcement kit with new differential bushings. During reinforcement, the rear floor was carefully inspected and showed no cracking prior to installation.
That alone represents thousands of dollars in work and eliminates the biggest mechanical concerns associated with E46 M3 ownership.
But that's only part of the story.
This car has continued to receive thoughtful upgrades and preventative maintenance throughout its life, including:
Performance replacement 6-speed transmission with cryogenically treated gears
Stage 2 clutch and upgraded flywheel

Before offering the car for sale, we continued the same preventative maintenance philosophy established by its original owner. A recent Inspection II service was completed along with replacement of the spark plugs, engine oil and filter, engine air filter, cabin air filter, fuel filter, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, power steering hoses, serpentine belt, fresh Pentosin CHF 11S fluid, rear subframe reinforcement, differential bushings, headliner restoration, and additional cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning.
The car currently sits on nearly new Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3R tires with approximately 500–600 miles of use, providing exceptional grip for spirited backroad driving and HPDE events alike.
An Honest DescriptionIf you're searching for a delivery-mile collector car that will spend its life under a cover, this probably isn't the one.
If you're looking for an E46 M3 you can confidently drive, enjoy, and take to a track day without immediately budgeting for the Big 3 and a long list of deferred maintenance, this is exactly the kind of example enthusiasts spend months trying to find.
Its cosmetic condition reflects twenty years of enthusiastic ownership, but mechanically it's been cared for with an attention to detail that's becoming increasingly difficult to find. The documentation tells that story better than we ever could.
